Paper planners, Electronic organizers like Palm Pilot, and Computer Software like Microsoft Schedule+ or Lotus Organizer
Whether the specific tool is paper or electronic the key is to find one that you feel comfortable with.
- Select one day a week and record an appointment with yourself. Re. Coaching Planning Time.
- Go through the process of "creating an appointment".
- If using electronics, select the "alarm" and "repeat" options creating the same appointment every week. If using the paper planner, record this appointment for the next 21 weeks.
- During this planning time, use something like the Sample Planning Form.
- Go through the process of "creating appointments" throughout the upcoming week to implement your coaching plan for this week.
- Honor these appointments as priorities.
